Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns are so simple!

If you're not satisfied with your goods for any reason, please return them in good condition within 28 days of receipt and we will either exchange them or refund you.

Refunds
When you wish to return a product simply call 0845 0667 999 to obtain your unique RNO number. You will need to have your Customer Number, Invoice Number and the Product Number of the item you are returning, close to hand. An RNO number will be given to you providing the goods:

· Are unsoiled
· Undamaged
· Unused
· Have not been personalised or customised in any way

Just make a note of the RNO number on your returns form and return it with the goods.

Replacements
If you've paid for your order by Credit/Debit Card and wish to make a Replacement Order:
· Just call 0845 0667 999 to process your new order at the same time as attaining your RNO number. This will allow you to take advantage of FREE postage for your replacement items plus your order will be dispatched immediately and your credit card charged accordingly. This means there's no need to wait for your returns item to be received by us before a replacement is sent out to you.
· Your RNO number will assure you of a refund upon receipt of the returned goods.

If you've paid for your order by cheque/cash/postal order and wish to make a Replacement Order:
· Simply complete your Subsequent Order Form and attain your RNO number by calling 0845 0667 999. Remember to quote your RNO number to take advantage of FREE postage on replacement items.
· Send your Subsequent Order Form with along with a cheque to cover the cost of the goods to:

· Your RNO number will assure you of a refund upon receipt of the returned goods.

To enable the returns procedure to run as smoothly and efficiently as possible could you please:

1. Re-package the goods, preferably in the packaging materials originally used.
2. Enclose the returns form.
3. Please note that when returning parcels you must pay for the return postage at your Post Office Counter, ensuring you recieve a receipt for the postage paid, along with a certificate of posting.
4. Ensure that you record the RNO number you have been given on the returns form.
5. Return the goods to:

Note: In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the quality of a purchased product or that it should become damaged, we recommend that you cease use immediately and return the item for our inspection, following the procedure above. Please note that damaged and soiled items will be subject to inspection before a refund can be authorised. Cheque refunds will be made in the name of the original customer. If goods were originally paid for by Credit/Debit Card a refund will be made directly to the card account of the person who originally paid for the goods.
